- 🛒 Shopping List Saturday: we’ll send what you need before the game starts.
- 🍎 Daily Challenges: 2–3 fun food & movement activities (10–20 min/day).
- 📸 Earn Points: send a picture of your family doing the activity — every player earns points!
- 🏅 24 points possible per player. 17 or more = High Score Hero Club!

🥕 Empezamos el juego el domingo y jugamos durante 7 días. Los ganadores se anunciarán el domingo siguiente.
🛒 El sábado antes de comenzar, le enviaremos una lista de compras. ¡Consigue todos tus ingredientes y estarás listo para Jugar y Ganar!
🍎 Cada mañana, te enviamos 2 o 3 actividades sencillas de alimentación y movimiento saludables. Sólo de 10 a 20 minutos/día.
📸 Envíanos una foto de tu familia realizando las actividades y ¡cada jugador ganará puntos!
🏅 20 puntos posibles/jugador. ¡15 puntos o más te permiten ingresar al High Score Hero Club!
